About Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided relaxation practice that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. During pregnancy, it can be especially supportive for managing stress, improving sleep, and cultivating emotional calm.

No experience is needed. Simply get comfortable, listen, and receive.
