Movement Pillar: Foundation
Lay the groundwork. Build the body.
Root is your Mat Pilates fundamentals class, the ground floor of everything we build at Rooted. Here, we strip it back to basics (basics doesn't mean easy). You will learn the core Pilates principles, master Pilates breath, and begin developing the mind–body connection so you understand how you move and why it matters.
In this class, every major muscle group gets attention, your spine will move in all directions and there is a strong focus on form. Root will restore movement your body has been craving.
What to expect:
✔ Discover muscles you didn’t know existed
✔ Retrain movement patterns for better posture and alignment
✔ Build true core stability
✔ Strengthen your mind–body connection (key to success!)
✔ Understand how to move, not just follow along
Root is the class that makes everything else possible. You will leave feeling connected, longer, and stronger, with a body you can trust and a mind that knows how to support it.

Movement Pillar: Foundation
The bones of every strong body.
Root Reformer is where your Pilates foundation meets the power of the machine. This class teaches the core Pilates principles, breath work, and the mind–body connection while using the Reformer to add resistance, support, and precision to every movement.
You will learn how to control the springs, carriage, and straps to build strength with intention, not momentum. Every major muscle group is activated, and your spine moves in every direction. It is not about doing more, it is about doing it better.
What to expect:
✔ Build core strength with controlled resistance
✔ Improve posture, alignment, and joint stability
✔ Develop mind–body awareness for confidence and control
✔ Discover muscles you missed on the mat
✔ Understand how to move with precision, not force
Root Reformer builds the foundation that makes advanced work possible. You will leave feeling connected, longer, and stronger, with a deeper understanding of how your body moves and how powerful it can become.

Movement Pillar: Control
Build precision. Master control.
Forme takes everything you built in Foundations and turns it up a notch with seamless flow, light weights, and smart props that test your stability, mobility, and muscular endurance. This is where the basics become second nature and the work starts to feel…well, elevated.
On the mat, nothing is random, every move is intentional, every transition precise, and we learn to recruit the right muscles for the job. This is where Pilates shifts from “exercise” to a skill you carry into daily life. Posture, breath, and alignment take center stage as you fine-tune your form, sharpen your control, and start to put it all together into a continuous flow.
What to expect:
✔ Continuous flow with intentional transitions
✔ Light weights and props to challenge control
✔ Precision over momentum — no swinging, no guessing
✔ Deep focus on alignment, posture, and breath
✔ Muscular endurance and mind–body connection
✔ The class where “good form” becomes your form

Movement Pillar: Strength
Lift Heavy. Build Muscle. Age Well.
Forge is your mat-based strength class where Pilates meets progressive overload. Using heavy weights, resistance bands, and beams, you’ll hit every major muscle group with smart, intentional sequences that challenge both endurance and raw strength. Comfort zone? Not invited.
This class isn’t about “toning.” It’s about progressive overload — lifting heavier, working harder, and adapting over time. This is where body composition starts to change, muscle is built, and long-term resilience is forged. Heavy weights aren’t optional. They’re essential to aging well.
What Expect:
✔ Heavy weights and resistance for real strength gains
✔ Progressive overload — build, don’t plateau
✔ Controlled, powerful reps that burn and build
✔ Full-body muscle engagement and fatigue
✔ Strength-focused core & glute work (beyond aesthetics)
✔ A class where real physical change takes shape — from the inside out.

It’s stretching with purpose, strength with softness, and the perfect way to reset so you can hit your next workout (and life) feeling fresh, balanced, and ready to go.
What to expect:
✔ Active recovery; movement that restores, not just rests
