Movement Pillar: Foundation

Where fundamentals meet resistance.

Root|Tower is where your Pilates foundation meets spring resistance in its most supported form. This class teaches the core Pilates principles, breath work, and mind–body connection while using the Tower to guide, assist, and challenge your movement.

The springs create feedback your body can actually feel, helping you understand how to engage the right muscles at the right time. With more stability than the Reformer, the Tower allows you to slow things down, refine your form, and build strength with precision.

Because the springs can both assist and resist, the Tower helps you access muscles that are often underused while reducing strain on the joints. It supports better alignment, improves joint stability, and allows for a fuller range of motion without relying on momentum.

Every major muscle group is activated, and your spine moves in every direction. It is not about doing more, it is about doing it better.

What to expect:

Important Details:

  • Arrive: Doors open 15 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and claim your spot. But don’t be late—class starts on time & the doors close. Pilates waits for no one.

  • Shoes? Nope. Grippy socks are mandatory. Forgot yours? We’ve got cute ones for sale.

  • Bring: Water + clothes you can actually move in. (Reminder: no shoes. Ever.)

  • Relax: We get it, showing up can feel intimidating. But you’re in good hands. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way. This is a safe space for women to move, reconnect, and just be. Come exactly as you are.
