Express Forme is our lunch-hour version of Forme. Same intention. Same intelligent movement. Just streamlined for a faster pace and a shorter window. Do not let the time fool you. This class still delivers.
We take everything you built in Root and condense it into continuous flow, light weights, and smart props that challenge stability, mobility and muscular endurance. The transitions are efficient, the focus is sharp, and the work adds up quickly.
On the mat, nothing is random. Every transition is intentional. You will recruit the right muscles for the job, refine posture, breath, and alignment, and stay moving long enough to feel it without ever rushing through it. This is Pilates that works because it is precise.
Expect a quicker warm-up, minimal pauses, and a steady flow that leaves you feeling worked, connected, and surprisingly accomplished in 40 minutes.
Important Details:
Arrive: Doors open 15 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and claim your spot. But don’t be late—class starts on time & the doors close. Pilates waits for no one.
Shoes? Nope. Grippy socks are mandatory. Forgot yours? We’ve got cute ones for sale.
Bring: Water clothes you can actually move in. (Reminder: no shoes. Ever.)
Relax: We get it—showing up can feel intimidating. But you’re in good hands. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way. This is a safe space for women to move, reconnect, and just be. Come exactly as you are.
