Movement Pillar: Recovery

This is where your nervous system finally gets a turn.

Restorative + Yoga Nidra is designed to downshift your body out of go-mode and into true recovery. You’ll begin with fully supported restorative postures, using props to hold your body so your muscles can release instead of work.

No pushing. No powering through. Just intentional stillness.

We then move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” While your body rests, your mind is led through a structured practice that helps regulate the nervous system, improve recovery, and create deep mental clarity.

This isn’t just relaxation. It’s restoration.

What to expect:
✔ Fully supported, gentle postures (you’ll be propped up, not working)
✔ Guided breath and body awareness to calm the system
✔ Yoga Nidra meditation for deep, layered rest
✔ A grounded, quiet space to reset physically and mentally
✔ You may leave feeling like you slept for hours

What to bring:
✔ A blanket (trust us, you’ll want it)

Why it matters:
Your body doesn’t get stronger without recovery. This class helps reduce stress, support healing, and bring your system back into balance so you can show up stronger everywhere else.
